White Balsamic

Made from the Trebbiano grape, the white is a champagne-colored grape that is minimally aged for two years and up to 12. It transitions from the light color to the dark when cooked, the sugar carmelizing over fire in open kettles. The hallmark of a fresh white balsamic is a tart freshness. It’s great as an accent for vegetables, fruits, salads and proteins.
